There are two separate registrations that must be completed:

1. Annual registration with USA Rugby via RugbyXplorer.
2. Seasonal Registration with Rugby Oregon via MatchFacts.

RugbyXplorer Registration:

• “Which Club would you like to register to?” – Enter “Rugby Oregon” in the search, select “Rugby Oregon All Registrations”

MatchFacts Registration: See Registration Guide for step-by-step guide to registration.

• Read all waivers at the bottom, each must be ticked and name entered
• All fields must be completed:
  • • Member Image uploaded
    • Country and Post Code in address
    • School ID uploaded: Upload a picture of school ID.
    • One School option: If school not listed in drop down, select “Not Listed” in High School menu and enter school name in “Other School”.
    • Date of Birth: If year dropdown menu only goes to 2012. Select 2012 then do dropdown again
• If you still need help, please email info@rugbyoregon for assistance.
  • Put “Match Facts Error” and “players name” in the email subject. Include screen shots of pages with any errors or error warning. If you do not have a screenshot app or snipping tool:
    • Press the “prt sc” key at the top right section of the keyboard.
    • Click on the body of your email where you want to insert the screenshot.
    • Hold down the “shift” key and then press the “insert” key.

$36 – Annual USA Rugby Registration Fee

• • Covers USA Rugby Insurance and eligibility to play for multiple seasons in a year: Aug 1st to July 31st.

$135 – Spring Season Chinook / Rugby Oregon Fee

• • Registration and associated costs including fields, equipment, referees, etc. 

Other Costs required that can be used multiple years. 
* Available for purchase from the club.
$10 – Socks – Any black/dark long socks work
$24 – *Shorts – Custom Club Shorts usable for multiple seasons
$30 – *Jerseys – Chinook Heavy Weight for Spring
$? – Rugby Cleats – Certain criteria must be met, but other cleats can be used. 
(Club can often assist with pre-loved cleats)

All coaches and board are unpaid volunteers.

$36 – Annual USA Rugby Registration Fee

• • Covers USA Rugby Insurance and eligibility to play for multiple seasons in a year: Aug 1st to July 31st.

$265 – Spring Season Chinook / Rugby Oregon Fee

• • Registration and associated costs including fields, equipment, referees, etc. 

$100 – Fall HS Girls 7’s Season Rugby Oregon Fee

Other Costs required that can be used multiple years. 
* Available for purchase from the club.
$10 – Socks – Any black/dark long socks work
$24 – *Shorts – Custom Club Shorts usable for multiple seasons.
$0 – *Jerseys – Provided by the Club for Game Day
$? – Rugby Cleats – Certain criteria must be met, but other cleats can be used. 
(Club can often assist with pre-loved cleats)

Online vendors such as Amazon and World Rugby Shop also carry shorts, cleats, etc. Some providers only ship from U.K. 

All coaches and board are unpaid volunteers.

We support the development of boys and girls to advance onto Regional, State, and National teams as they continue on beyond our youth program into College, Adult, National and Olympic leagues.
