Board of Directors
President
- Lead the Club in it’s Mission & Values
- Overseeing and coordinating all activities of the Club
- Manage Club Calendar of Events
- Recruiting Club Officers to fill all the positions
- Welcome to new Volunteers
- Contact with key Donors & Sponsors
- Supervision of club funds and budgets
- Arranging meetings and keeping meetings on point and on track
Immediate Past President
- Support the current President
- Handover of Club procedures & policies

- Support President, Secretary, Treasurer and Directors
- Support for Club Calendar of Events
Secretary
- Administer Club Calendar of Events

- Publish minutes & accounts
Treasurer
- Manage and complete annual returns for 501(c)3 status and IRS

Director of Fundraising
- Initiate and manage fundraising activities of the club
- Raise funds for securing clubs own property/homefield
- Raise funds for scholarships and special projects
- Submit grant applications
- Manage monthly donor organizations

- Assist Treasurer with budgeting
Director of Human Resources
- Coordinate and teach team Mom/Dad’s after game socials sign-ups
- Manage sign-up’s for teams without Team Mom/Dad and volunteers needed for Club activities
- Coordinate with Director of Playing Season Committee for Volunteer sign-ups
- Recruitment of Club Officers, Volunteers & Club point of contact with schools
- Coordinate with Director of Communication for point of contact with schools
Director of Communications
- Manage content and brand for all marketing
- Manage Website team to produce information for posting
- Manage Social Media accounts, groups, pages
- Press coverage (local news media, paper, online, TV, social media, etc.)
- School communications/newsletters
- Invitations to City Council and Clark County Officials to attend events
- Produce and distribute registration materials. Flyers, Yard Signs
- Coordinate with Playing Season Committee for Club Picture Day promotional pictures
- Recruit, support and communicate with all that are a “Point of contact for a school”
- Coordinate with Merchandise & Uniform Manager
- Coordinate with Director of Human Resources for point of contact with schools
Director of Playing Season
- Arrange pre-season testing events
- Manage Youth Pre-Season Tournament Team
- Manage Spring Break Youth WA Teams Tournament
- Organize Club Picture Day
- Coordinate with Director of Human Resources for Volunteer sign-ups and after Match Socials
- Coordinate with Team Mom/Dads
Director of Playing Fields
- Liaison with local and county agencies to secure and/or maintain playing field facilities
- Work with other Directors to secure clubs own property/homefield
- Manage Field Marking Team, Erecting goal posts. Field Repair Team
- Scheduling gyms and playing fields for pre-season and season
- Ordering portable toilets, etc.
Director of Scholarships
- Coordinate with Universities/Colleges for scholarship opportunities
- Communication of scholarship process and opportunities to all coaches & players
- Work with High Performance Liaison to identify players for scholarship
- Guide graduating players with Universities/Colleges scholarship process
- Manage players needing assistance with registration fees
Director of Coach Development
- Primary role is as a Mentor for new Coaches
- Advisory role for:
- Club/Coach/Player culture
- Coach training sessions
- Assist Head Coaches in preparation of pre-season practice plans and schedules
- Observation & feedback of Coaches practice sessions
General Committee

- Liaise with Chinook Indian Nation
- Manage cultural aspect of the Club
High Performance Liaison
- Liaise with Rugby Oregon Red Hawks and local academies
- Promote and assist players into high performance teams
- Assist Director of Fundraising for player attendance at high performance competitions
Adult Teams Liaison
- Liaise with local Men’s and Women’s teams
- Build relationships between youth and adult leagues
Touch Rugby Liaison
- Liaise with local Touch Rugby organizations and clubs
- Manage Touch Rugby within the Club
Merchandise & Uniform Manager
- Manage club merchandise stock
- Ensure merchandise is available for sale at pre-season practices, jamborees, home games & events
- Report to Treasurer on merchandise purchases, sales, and inventory
- Recommendations to Board of Directors for merchandise purchases
